Integrations
Hal reads your MSP systems so every alert arrives with context: an alert names a host or a client, and Hal already knows what it is. These pages cover what each integration reads, how to connect it, and, where Hal writes anything back, exactly what: an answer in Slack, an alert in Microsoft Teams, an internal note on a Zendesk ticket. Into a client’s systems he writes nothing. For what each one gives Hal and why, see the Integrations section; for connection walkthroughs, see Getting Started.
ConnectWise
Hal reads ConnectWise PSA so an alert that names a client carries the client's record: who they are, what is documented, what is open and who to contact.
OpenCrowdStrike Falcon
Create the read-only Falcon API client Hal uses to read your detections: five minutes in your own console, no partner account, nothing installed.
OpenHudu
Ask Hal in chat to connect Hudu. He walks you through the API key and setting each client's company's Company ID Number to the client's UID, then checks your work.
OpenIT Glue
IT Glue is a documentation source, an alternative to Hudu for MSPs already running it.
OpenMeraki
Ask Hal in chat to connect Meraki. He walks you through the read-only Observer identity, the API key, and tagging each network with its client, then checks your work.
OpenMicrosoft Teams
Connect Hal to a channel in your own Microsoft Teams: every escalation, the morning digest, Platform Health changes, watch results and notices arrive there as cards, through a workflow you create in Teams. Alerts only; chat with Hal stays in the portal and Slack.
OpenNinjaOne
Ask Hal in chat to connect NinjaOne. He walks you through the Monitoring-only client app, the credential, and labelling each organization with its client, then checks your work.
OpenSlack
Connect Hal to a private channel in your own Slack workspace: he posts every escalation, the morning digest and PDF reports there, and answers your team in threads. One Slack app, two tokens, one channel.
OpenZendesk
Ask Hal in chat to connect Zendesk. He walks you through the Contributor user, the OAuth client and the credential, then checks your work. Your tickets become a log source, an agent can ask Hal on a ticket, and Hal answers with an internal note.
Open1Password
Issue the read-only Events Reporting token Hal uses to read a 1Password account's sign-ins, item usages and audit events: a few minutes per account in your own console, nothing installed.
OpenSee what Hal surfaces on your own clients.
No deck. Ask us anything first. When you want to see Hal on your own tenants, we sign a short evaluation agreement and stand up your instance; you connect one tenant, Hal watches it for 14 days, and we walk you through what he found.
- 01You ask us your questions. No deck, no demo dataset.

- 03You connect one tenant from your own admin console. Hal watches it for 14 days.
- 04We walk through what he found. Keep going month to month, or revoke the scopes yourself and stop.
